Why is it that there are always people who believe in fighting fire with fire and evil with evil? You know what happens when you fight fire with fire? You just get a

bigger fire.

Dozens of right-wing Israeli leaders have announced the creation of a new political party which founders say will be dedicated to the expulsion of millions of Muslims and Christians from Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories.

Yeah, that'll help.

According to Ben Elyaho, a co-founder of the new party, the expulsion of non-Jews from Israel would "resolve all of Israel's political, economic and social problems".

OK, either that or it will catalyze all-out war. Although, I have to grant that complete nuclear holocaust would solve all political, economic and social problems. It's hard to have those kinds of problems when you have no government, economy or society. It's kind of like how suicide is a remedy for pain.

I guess it's just another example of how people who are "right" (by which I mean correct) are often overshadowed by a loud and violent group of people who are unequivocally wrong.

yes, because all of the problems derive from the christians and muslims yknow. all that tension between shinui and shas - muslims. uri avnery and netanyahu - best friends, except they can't be because of the christians. poverty - combined effort of christians and muslims. sex slavery - all those christians (and probably a few atheists).

Alex: You don't have to sugarcoat it dude; it's all the atheists' and agnostics' fault. I mean, after all, they're the one enemy all religions can agree upon! If that doesn't make them a legitimate threat, I don't know what does. Pete: 1) That funky "return automatically sends the comment" thing is happening again, except without sending the comment, hence the horrible structuring of this comment. 2) don't be hatin' on suicide. Fault whoever you like for not being specific enough with their problems and/or solutions, but let's not gang up on suicide. He's enough of a whipping boy as it is.
